Croftons' diversity results
Firms regulated by the SRA are required to collect, report and publish workforce diversity data periodically. Croftons Solicitors LLP carried out team surveys in April 2019, the data from which were gathered anonymously to produce an aggregated survey report in June 2019.
Our survey response rate was 86%. The data we are able to publish is limited to ensure compliance with the ICO’s code of practice and data protection principles.

Caring responsibilities
22% of our team have primary carer responsibilities for a child or children under 18. 3% of our team provide between 1-19 hours a week care for someone in a voluntary capacity.
